Job Summary:

The Instructional Content Designer creates clear, engaging digital learning experiences that help global end users understand and apply software, workflows, and business processes. This role is responsible for scripting, storyboarding, and producing video-based and interactive e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-based platforms. Partnering with subject matter experts and the Senior Instructional Designer, the role translates complex technical information into user-friendly, real-world training modules. It applies adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure content is relevant and effective.
