  • Take responsibility for maintaining and developing a book of business, defining a strategy for each client with measurable objectives
  • Execute on strategic and tactical growth plans with tenacity, increasing net ASV at each account, with an and organized approach properly documented in Salesforce
  • Gain complete knowledge of assigned accounts and all product offerings. Expand working knowledge of the financial industry, various client workflows and FactSet’s value proposition versus industry competitors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the business to drive engagement and partnership
  • Work closely with Specialty Sales and Client Service to maximize client satisfaction and retention
