Role Overview

• Support Thermbond refractory installations, ITM blanket, modules, and Silplate Mass projects, Rapidfire (TCS) installations, and other REX products
• Assist contractors (lead existing contractors with knowledge; setup/training role for new contractors)
• Provide link between end-user and contractors (commercial contracts usually with end-users)
• Document installations and create installation reports
• Generate follow-up reports after installations (testimonials, data gathering)
