What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years recent HVAC experience with furnaces, central & ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters (including tankless)
- Valid Gas Fitter B License
- Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Strong technical and customer service skills with proven company metrics in prior roles
- Experience in HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
