Requirement Details:
Role: Installation & Commissioning Engineer / Lead
Total Positions: 25 (Engineer – 20, Lead – 5)
Job Location: Bidadi, Bangalore
Walk-in Drive: 7th February 2026 (Saturday) at Expleo Office all three locations ( Bangalore, Pune and MEPZ Tambaram Chennai)
Working Days: 6 days a week; shift readiness required (Shift allowance: ₹350/day)
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in Installation & Commissioning .
Experience in Automotive domain with equipment knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and troubleshoot automotive assembly equipment.
Design and optimize manufacturing processes and layouts for maximum efficiency.
Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to improve processes.
Design and validate testing methods for products and process capabilities.
Identify and implement changes to improve quality, reliability, or reduce costs.
