This position entails maintaining an in-office presence by completing the following duties:Perform initial consultations to assess the debtor’s situation and recommend appropriate options, training will be providedAssist debtors and creditors, both in person and by telephone, as it relates to bankruptcies and proposalsReview interview forms, and prepare files/documents for client signingCommunity outreach, business development, presentations, and use of social media to promote personal debt solutio...
