Insight Support Associate

The Insight Support Associate plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in executing key quantitative research activities that support the insight's Team on dive and dash projects. This role is responsible for project support activities (including material development, QC etc.) and ensuring that research projects run smoothly, stay on track, and adhere to specifications set forth in client proposals. While not client-facing, this position is essential to delivering high-quality insights.

This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. MST business hours.

Quantitative Project Support

• Assigned specific projects, supported development of key materials such as drafting questionnaires/ quota development, survey QC, draft analytic plans, and creating report templates/shells.  
• Draft, revise, and finalize questionnaires, quota plans, and stimuli in accordance with study objectives and templates.
