Inside Systems Engineer – Bogotá, Colombia

Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is seeking an experienced Inside Systems Engineer to support the customer and partner communities within an Inside Sales organization. This role reports to the Director of Systems Engineering and works closely with Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAM) and Inside Business Partner Managers (IPAM) to design and sell Ruckus network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales engineering design, Bill of Material creation, sales opportunity engagement, and deliver technical training individually or in larger group settings using multimedia or web‑based platforms.
• Develop a deep understanding of Ruckus Networks wireless, wired, and software products.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and channel partners, differentiating and positioning Ruckus products.
