About the Role
The Inside Sales Specialist is a key member of Ingersoll Rand’s Demand Generation team. This role is responsible for promptly responding to and following up on customer leads from multiple channels, performing lead qualification, creating and assigning opportunities, and driving sales funnel conversion through effective communication and customer experience management to support business growth. In addition to handling inbound leads, the position also executes outbound activities based on business strategies and collaborates closely with marketing, external sales, and channel partners.

- Fast respond to customer inquiries from website, phone, social media, and events.
- Qualify leads using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and record in Salesforce
