About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative for the Red Deer branch, you provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices.
Key Position Functions:
Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for conventional wellhead, gate valve equipment, and service requirements.

Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage.

Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Deliveries are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system.

Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system.

Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions.

Create and design wellhead quotations in a timely manner.

Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and Internal customers.

Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records.
