Our Inside Sales Representative, Stem Cell- Mississauga, ON will communicate with expectant families the value of cord blood banking, empowering them to make an informed choice on their banking options through superior service and accuracy of information.
Responsibilities
Educate families on their cord blood (newborn stem cell) banking options, empowering them to make an informed decision. Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions. Remain current on all procedural activities and follow ups. Remain current on all training and other administrative tasks. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and client service goals. Adhere to all Consumer Sales processes and policies.
