What you will be doing

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Understand and address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions or elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges with a high level of accuracy.
