Inside Sales Representative

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a chemical business based in Basingstoke. Our client is looking for an individual who can drive revenue growth and manage smaller and undercapitalised accounts.

Responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative:
  • Execute inside sales activities aligned to commercial goals: customer segmentation.
  • Prioritisation of inbound vs outbound opportunities
  • Growth of existing accounts, cross/upsell, and new customer acquisition via inside channels.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and web.
  • Respond to inquiries, sample requests, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner; coordinate with external sales and internal teams.
