Tools: Hubstaff (time & activity tracking)

We are a leading construction company specializing in roofing, insulation, remodeling, and home additions, seeking an experienced Inside Salesperson. This position is based in Philippines, but candidates must have prior sales experience in the USA and professional English language level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on leads from our sales team.
• Make outbound calls to explain our services professionally.
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable answers on roofing, insulation, and remodeling.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (Professional level, spoken and written) – Required
