At Dynamix Agitators Inc., we engineer and manufacture high-performance mixers and agitators for industrial process markets across North America and beyond. Our clients include some of the world’s top companies in energy, chemicals, water treatment, and natural resources.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager who can elevate our Inside and Outside Sales teams, strengthen sales discipline, and tighten alignment with Marketing and Application Engineering.

Firstly, you’ll oversee our Inside Sales Engineers (ISEs), develop stronger customer interactions, that bind and deliver our engineering service and mixing solutions. This will be facilitated by our marketing automation activities. This will not require a technical admin, but as the leader who has the vision for providing this capability today.

Your mission: increase and control recurring engineered sales through our sales channels.
