About the Role
We’re looking for someone who understands the electrical distribution world, whether you’ve worked in the warehouse, shipping/receiving, order desk, or admin support.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers at the counter and over the phone
- Process orders, quotes, and returns
- Provide pricing and product information
- Work closely with warehouse and account managers to fulfill orders
- Assist with warranty and product inquiries
- Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- 2–3+ years experience in the electrical distribution industry (warehouse, inside support, admin, order desk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and terminology
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced branch environment
- Strong communication skills
