Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, pipeline management, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth for CRM & ERP offerings. The ideal candidate should have exposure to selling enterprise software solutions and managing the sales lifecycle through CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Lead Management

· Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM & ERP solutions through inbound and outbound channels.

· Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

· Qualify leads and schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team.
