Inside Sales / Business Development Representative
Role Summary: Convert marketing-qualified leads into meetings and early opportunities; ensure consistent follow-through and pipeline discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on MQLs, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the Sales function.
Run structured outreach (email, LinkedIn, and calls, where applicable) using approved messaging.
Maintain opportunity notes, next steps, and outcomes in Zoho CRM .
Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion (feedback loop).
Support basic reporting: meetings booked, SQLs created, conversion rates, cadence discipline.
Experience / Skills:
3–7 years in Inside Sales / BDR for B2B services (IT services/tech preferred).
Comfortable working EST overlap ; strong spoken and written communication.
