About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Account Manager to manage and grow Environmental, Geotechnical, and Multi-Disciplinary Consulting accounts within an assigned territory.

This is primarily an inside sales role focused on revenue growth, expanding customer wallet share, managing opportunities, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for quotes, inquiries, and order support
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle with strong CRM discipline
  • Grow assigned accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Support rental coordination, stock availability, and project timelines
  • Execute structured sales activities (phone, email, virtual meetings)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and technical teams
