About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and social channels.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and pain points; align product solutions accordingly.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for feedback and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Entresprise Sales SaaS or B2B tech environments.
