Innovative Solutions Brazil Lead The main goal of this position it to lead the Innovative Solutions organization in Brazil accelerating JJMedTech growth by elevating our value proposition for hospitals, health plans and other NCSHs through innovation and digital transformation with our value-based solutions portfolio. Responsible for positioning J&JMedTech Brazil as the preferred partner for Surgical Care Pathway and Digital Transformation for hospitals and health plans by integrating best-in-class J&J capabilities and the healthcare ecosystem by:
- Continuously delivering on prioritized use-cases for Surgery, Orthopedics and Specialized Care
- Enabling Enterprise Agile Ways of Working to scale up our capability to develop, implement, and capture value from Innovative Solutions.
