About the Role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles at BPO company
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in driving operational improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and business growth
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta
