**Process Technician**
**Responsibilities**
+ At least 2 years of plastics injection molding technician experience.
+ Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems, including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman.
+ Set up injection molding machines according to production requirements, including installing and removing molds and performing accurate job changeovers.
+ Ensure new jobs start up correctly by verifying process parameters, material, color changes, and part quality before releasing to production.
+ Monitor the performance of injection molding machines and molds throughout the shift to maintain consistent quality and cycle times.
+ Troubleshoot molding issues such as flash, short shots, burn marks, dimensional problems, and other quality defects, adjusting processes as needed.
+ Start up and operate 3-axis and 6-axis robots, ensuring proper programming, part handling, and integration with molding machines.
