In this position, the hired candidate will be responsible for analysis, projects, development, enhancement, and operations of applications within the Information Technology Department in the Americas.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop automation through API calls or Selenium bots
• Manage application changes and enhancements in consultation with application users
• Document processes for replication and knowledge sharing
• Maintain application databases
• Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable, quality solutions, including system requirement documentation and support run books
• Provide timely resolution of functional and technical issues and report incidents to application users
• Communicate with users regarding application outages, releases, and project events
