The Plastic Process Engineer will be responsible for plastic injection molding process development, validation control and support thought the products productive lifecycle. Duties and key responsibilities: Follow all safety and quality product guidelines. Embrace Harmac values: Respect, Integrity and Honesty. Performs full equipment and mold validations to insure budgeted cost and quality levels are achieved. Prepares required documentation i.e., validation protocols/reports to meet quality system guidelines. Develops and performs of DOE’s as required per the business needs. Collect and statistically analyzes data, and document results in process development, IQ, OQ, and PQ completion reports. Act as a key participant in DFMEA, PFMEA, and CTQ processes assuring specifications are well defined and documented.
