Requirements & Qualifications

Advanced Linux Expertise: Proven experience managing RedHat, Unix-based systems, and VMware/Cloud environments at scale.

Automation Mindset: Strong proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, or similar configuration management tools.

Security Acumen: Deep understanding of vulnerability management frameworks and the ability to interpret security audit requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and influence teams across different departments.

Technical Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash) and familiarity with SQL for database-driven application support.

Critical Environment Experience: Previous experience in high-availability sectors (like Telco or Banking) is highly preferred.
