Infrastructure Support Analyst

Technical experience in network design and deployment in CITRIX, UNIX and Windows environment

Experience in designing and deploying a Windows 2008r2 Domain including DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Services

Experience installing and configuring networking hardware including firewalls and proxy servers.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, debugging skills and proven ability to discern critical from minor problems.

Experience working within a large project team environment with tight timelines on major business transformation and IT initiatives

Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision and work well under pressure

Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and support colleagues, ability to adapt to and work effectively with clients and co‑workers with different styles and levels of technical knowledge
