About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support global cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations. The role involves L2/L3 operational support across Azure, AWS, VMware, containers, backup platforms, and infrastructure automation while ensuring reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence in a global follow-the-sun environment.
Mandarin speaking capability is mandatory for stakeholder communication and regional support.
Requirements
RUN (Operational Support)
 Execute day-to-day infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments 
 Manage Azure, AWS, VMware, and datacenter infrastructure platforms 
 Perform OS patching, lifecycle management, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
