About the Role

Role Purpose:
Manage customer demands and guide requestor towards a technical solution and platform (on-prem & cloud) in VCI. This includes:
Decision on best fitting technology platform
Drive follow up discussions where necessary
Support High Level Cost indication
Creation of solution design
Logical Design & GIANT Support
Transfer into Delivery (Project or Standard Service)
Issue Consultancy Forum Meetings
Working with VCI teams during project development stages to ensure appropriate delivery solution design support and advice is available to projects during their formative stages.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

1. Act as technical Pre-Sales Team for BRMs:
Responsible for ensuring Technical and Financial advisory ( Feasibility Analysis) to BRM in their Demand assessment, scoping and classification with Local Markets
