Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the Infrastructure team, overseeing daily operations of Server, Network, Active Directory (AD), VPN, and Backup/Disaster Recovery (DR) systems to ensure stability and availability.
• Monitor system performance and security, ensuring all infrastructure services run smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2–Level 3 (L2–L3) technical issues to maintain continuous system operations and minimize downtime.
• Manage system configuration, implement changes following proper procedures, and maintain accurate documentation including configuration records and change logs.
