Infrastructure Lead - Azure/VMware/OT

Location: Sydney (Hybrid Working Model)

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of our core infrastructure environment and lead a small, capable team of two engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical delivery with people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of two infrastructure engineers
• Design, implement, and maintain on-prem and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of core systems
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives
• Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and continuous improvement
• Support and enhance operational technology (OT) environments where required
