Infrastructure Engineering Advisor - Express Scripts Canada

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Advisor, reporting to the Manager, Wintel Platforms. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of enterprise infrastructure, technical support and troubleshooting in a hybrid environment, with an excellent sense of customer service. As a Wintel Administrator, the candidate will be working under the guidance of the manager and alongside their peers and business units to ensure operational goals and SLAs are met and maintained.

Main Job Responsibilities (requirements):

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve operational infrastructure issues.

• Ability to provide input on Wintel infrastructure assignments and/or projects.

• Maintain Wintel incident management ticket queues
