About the Role
- GCP Infra implementation & support
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud costs across GCP environments.
- Implement and enforce resource tagging and labeling standards for accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Configure and manage cloud budgets, alerts, and cost controls to prevent overspend.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through rightsizing, commitment discounts, and idle resource cleanup.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and business teams to align cloud usage with financial goals.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and optimization recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support governance initiatives to improve cost visibility, accountability, and FinOps maturity.
