The infrastructure consultant is responsible for the design, implementation and management of our Microsoft based server, endpoint, virtualized infrastructure, cloud and enterprise applications that provide services to our Corporate, Call Centre and Development teams as well as external clients. Investigates new technologies and methodologies and is responsible for their introduction into existing standards where efficiencies or stabilization gains would be made.

Resolves Level 2 system problems either independently or by coordinating resolution with software vendors, hardware manufacturers and/or appropriate in-house experts.
