Overview

Responsible for providing expert advice and support to the IT Head and other key officers in identifying, defining, and developing the Bank’s system infrastructure framework using appropriate technology, suited hardware and software products, and effective interfaces that support the target applications, facilitate their integration, and promote efficient IT administration and operation. Analyze, research, and implement tasks covering design and review of the infrastructure domains (servers, storage, systems, network, and applications/databases) to attain target levels of availability, performance, scalability, security, data integrity, and cost of IT solutions and applications with focus on Core Banking (Finacle). Leads the assessment of infrastructure domains to identify and recommend changes and push action-steps for current technical environments for compliance to standards, prospective improvements, and positioning for technology.
