Job Description:
Monitor and support IT infrastructure components related to networks, virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, and backups. Evaluate and triage IT infrastructure events. Perform - and document - complex troubleshooting of IT infrastructure events Monitor planned IT infrastructure changes. Co-ordinate Incident resolution within IT infrastructure operations. Co-ordinate IT infrastructure troubleshooting with specialist teams. Issue escalations via established processes. Produce priority event reports. Tools knowledge - Experience in using Monitoring Tools Like Datadog, SCOM and ITSM tool like ServiceNow will be added advantage. Troubleshooting Experience- Ability to utilize Standard Operating Procedures and KB articles for 1st level troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures for any additional technical support.
