Responsibilities
- Endpoint Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day L1 technical support for end-user computing devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and workplace peripherals (local/network printers, docking stations, monitors).
- Diagnose and resolve basic operating system issues across Windows 10/11 and/or macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot productivity software suites (Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and core business applications.
- Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN configuration).
- Device Deployment & Asset Management
- Assist with imaging, configuring, and deploying new user hardware using enterprise deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or SmartDeploy).
- Execute the onboarding and offboarding technical checklist for arriving and departing employees.
