Hiring: IT Support Engineer – Cybersecurity Focus
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Cybersecurity to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user IT support (hardware, software, and networking issues)
Monitor and maintain system security infrastructure
Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents
Manage firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection, and access controls
Conduct vulnerability checks and implement security best practices
Ensure compliance with internal IT and data security policies
Requirements:
Experience in IT Support with exposure to Cybersecurity
Strong understanding of network security, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security
Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
