Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist to serve as a key technical resource supporting our growing organization. This role will be responsible for
Microsoft 365 administration

network infrastructure
,
virtual desktop environments
, and
leading IT planning and execution
for a new office build-out. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end while providing high-quality day-to-day IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft 365 Administration:

2. Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune

3. Manage user accounts, licensing, security policies, conditional access, and device management

4. Implement and maintain security best practices, MFA, data protection, and compliance controls

5. Network & Infrastructure:
