Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Support

• Monitor and maintain computers, servers, networking devices, and software applications to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure uninterrupted access to critical systems for all departments and remote employees.
• Proactively identify potential technical issues and recommend preventive measures.

2. System Administration & Maintenance

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain secure and efficient system use.
• Keep software, databases, and internal tools updated and properly configured.
