Job Description
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates to help build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
✔ 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment only in IT hiring
✔ Source candidates using various channels (job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals)
✔ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
✔ Conduct candidate outreach via emails and calls
✔ Post job openings on platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn
