Key Responsibilities

1. IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) Administration & Automation

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle operations of software configuration management applications, preferably IBM ELM , in compliance with ITIL standards across Windows and Linux environments.
• Automate installation, configuration, and upgrade processes for IBM ELM using Batch, Shell, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
• Build and deploy RPM/spec packages for Apache Traffic Server and HAProxy components (preferred).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IBM ELM across multiple architectural topologies.
• Ensure system stability through performance monitoring (Splunk preferred), incident management, and capacity planning.
• Drive service improvements by automating routine operational activities and implementing process optimizations.
