Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

As our newest Regional Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist , you will work closely with our helpdesk and applications team, end users and stakeholders across the region, participate in regional group projects, and support regional IT Security initiatives in alignment to the Group’s agenda. You will handle the day to day operations of our IT security and infrastructure systems, as well as level two/three support and project related tasks.

This role will be based in our Singapore office and reports to the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager – Asia.

What You Will Do:

• Manage vendor partnerships for infrastructure or processes including service level agreements, deliverables, and maintaining an understanding of cost.
