About the Role
- Administer and manage Exchange On-Prem including mail flows, DAG, mailbox management, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 (M365) services – Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases including backups, restores, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Administer and support SharePoint On-Prem / SharePoint Online , including site collections, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
- Implement and enforce security policies across Exchange, M365, SQL, and SharePoint environments.
- Perform patching, monitoring, backup, capacity planning, and disaster recovery tasks.
- Provide L2/L3 support for escalations related to Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migrations, upgrades, and cloud/hybrid integrations.
