Your Role

As an IT & Security Associate, you will be part of our IT & Security Group that supports all business operations of the company to address incidents and requests fulfillment in production and test environments. You be mentored by a Team Lead and will work with Senior Engineers who will provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout your internship.

As an intern, you are expected to:

• Resolve technical issues related to devices, connectivity, and applications/tools.
• Maintain company assets, such as laptops, computers, and peripherals
• Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices.
• Setup and configure laptops and network devices and perform network cabling task.
• Attend/take courses for technical and mindset growth and excel on the all assessments given.
