Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
VoIP & Communication Systems: Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems including IP phones, SIP, IVR, and troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure: Deploy and manage servers on platforms such as Azure and DigitalOcean, handling production/staging servers and configuring virtual environments.
Server & Network Administration: Install and maintain Windows Servers and Active Directory, monitor server health, and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
Web Hosting & Application Deployment: Deploy and manage IIS-based web applications, configure SSL, logging, and access control.
Database & DevOps: Install and manage SQL Server databases, optimize queries, and utilize TFS for builds and deployments.
