About the Role

 
  Overview 
 Take responsibility for managing a module of work (or a small project 1-2 member team). Involve heading client teams and structuring analyses to answer critical client questions. Key goals include acting internally as a role model, developing expert status with middle management level client staff & start taking on business development tasks (proposals and client pitches). 
 
   Responsibilities  
 Lead small consulting projects from start to finish. Take charge of individual project modules in large engagements.
 Conduct thorough research, interview external experts, analyse data and industry trends, develop actionable recommendations.
 Independently create high-quality consulting deliverables centred around client outcomes. Present these to both regional and global client representatives, occasionally in face-to-face meetings.
