Influencer Relations Assistant

Main purpose of the position: Assist with recruitment and growth of REVOLVE's influencer network through gifting and relationship building.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Actively recruit a diverse group of influencers to engage in gifting program
• Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and managers
• Provide support by troubleshooting questions, resolving account issues, and delivering timely, solutions-focused assistance
• Manage gifting orders, approvals, exchanges, returns, etc.
• Assist with weekly and monthly campaign execution by preparing data, tracking participation, collecting content, and ensuring guidelines are met
• Maintain organized gifting records, reports, and communication logs to support program efficiency and performance tracking
