About the Role
Job Scope:
- Listing, research, and contacting KOLs & Clippers across multiple digital platforms especially in beauty & gaming categories
- Monitoring KOLs campaign execution including briefing, content review, and posting schedules
- Negotiate rates and collaboration terms with KOLs
- Handling the administrative details for KOL payment
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and evaluate to optimize results
- Maintain and expand creator or agency databases, strong relationships with third-party agencies for future collaborations
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, social media, or related fields
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends, especially beauty & gaming categories
- Preferably has a strong database/network of KOLs and creator agencies
