We are seeking a Program Delivery Lead to guide project managers in the optimal setup, use, and standardization of the InEight program.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Enablement – act as a subject matter expert and champion for InEight Coach project managers, driving disciplined adoption across cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting.
• Field Guidance & Capability Building – provide trusted advisory support, reinforcing project management fundamentals through InEight workflows.
• Project Setup & Standards – guide teams in correctly configuring projects in InEight and aligning with standard processes; support One Bird delivery practices.
• Continuous Improvement – capture field feedback to refine InEight adoption standards and ensure consistent use of tools, processes, and systems.
